Alex Cross currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for EMEA at CI&T, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Alex Cross was with Endava from October 2018 to September 2025, where roles included CTO of Cloud and Group Head of DevOps, leading global DevOps capabilities. Prior to Endava, Alex Cross held various senior consulting positions at IBM from October 2014 to October 2018, rapidly promoted since the initial PhD hire, focusing on sectors such as financial services, consumer packaged goods, media, and telecommunications. Academic accomplishments include a PhD in Philosophy from UCL, where Alex Cross also served as a graduate teaching assistant, complemented by an MPhil in Philosophy from UCL and a BA (Hons) from the University of Kent, which included an Erasmus year at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
