Andreza Pires is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in interaction design and digital strategy. Currently serving as Product Director and Director of Digital Strategy at CI&T since October 2019, Andreza has also worked as a UX/UI consultant for Invesco Investment Solutions and as a UX/UI designer for a major confidential internet company. As the co-founder and UX Designer at Nassa Design & Inovação from October 2018 to October 2021, Andreza led significant projects at VLI Logística, driving UX excellence across multiple digital transformation initiatives. Earlier roles include serving as a UX Specialist at Stefanini and a UX/UI Designer at 2x3 Inteligência Digital, among others. Andreza holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from IGTI and has completed additional studies at the University of London and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, showcasing a strong educational background in communication and digital media.
