Bruna Lopes is an experienced data analyst currently working at CI&T since April 2020, specializing as a Chatbot Interaction Analyst and Data Analyst. In this role, Bruna is responsible for training AI and transforming collected data into insights through charts, tables, and dashboards to enhance system performance. Prior to this, Bruna held positions at KR SOLUÇÕES LTDA. and Kr Serviços Administrativos, and contributed as a Volunteer at Tanzania Development Trust. Bruna holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Business Intelligence e Analytics from PUC Minas and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte.
