Cesar Gon

Cesar Gon is the CEO of CI&T, a position held since April 1995, where leadership focuses on AI-driven transformations to capitalize on opportunities in the 'Hyper Digital' era and drive sustainable change within large organizations. Additionally, Cesar serves as a board member for Lean Enterprise Institute and Banco Itaú, and as Chairman of the Board for Sensedia, contributing extensive experience in board governance. Prior to these roles, Cesar was a board member at RD from April 2021 to April 2023. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, both from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
