Felipe Miosso is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, particularly in bridging the gap between business and technology. Currently serving as a Tech Lead and Tech Interviewer at CI&T since May 2015, Felipe focuses on enhancing engagement with the HR team, improving the career path system, and training talent acquisition specialists. Previous roles include Senior DevTester, where Felipe led development efforts to automate processes and improve delivery quality, and Senior Software Developer, working on international accounts using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS Lambda and Azure Functions. Prior to CI&T, Felipe held positions at Pearson, Travel Technology Interactive, and Innovation Center, developing tools, supporting applications, and providing training, showcasing a strong foundation in .NET and system integration.
