Jan Kruger

Jan Kruger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Growth Advisory Board member at CI&T since October 2022, Jan plays a key advisory role in driving growth in the financial services market. Prior to this, Jan was the EVP and General Manager of Apiture Open from October 2020 to September 2022, where leadership included overseeing product management and the development of a next-generation digital banking platform. Jan has held significant roles at Fiserv, SAI Global, ACI Worldwide, S1 Corporation, and Mosaic Software, with achievements ranging from transforming product organizations to driving substantial revenue growth and implementing effective business strategies. Jan's early career includes a partnership at PwC, managing major corporate client portfolios, and is grounded in an academic background with honors degrees in Accounting from Stellenbosch University.
