Janaina Primon

Janaina Primon has held various roles in technology and project management throughout their career. They began as a programmer at Usiclínicas and Entire Technology Partners, before transitioning to testing and systems analysis at CPM Braxis. From 2005 to 2012, Janaina worked at Capgemini as an analyst for quality and processes and as a Lean Change Agent. Subsequently, they served in positions such as Systems Analyst at Localiza Rent a Car and Digital Transformation Leader at VLI Logística, focusing on agile methodologies and digital innovation. Most recently, Janaina was a Senior Manager and Project Manager at CI&T in 2022.
