Julia Crosman is an HR leader with over 17 years of experience in high-growth and major tech environments, specializing in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and change management. They currently serve as the Global People Operations Director at CI&T, having held various significant roles at companies such as Google and Nubank. Julia has also worked as a Human Resources Advisor and VP of People at Jusbrasil. They hold a BA in Communication with a major in Journalism and an MBA in Human Resources, and are fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
