VP, Products and Cognitive Systems at CI&T

Mars Cyrillo is currently the VP of Products and Cognitive Systems at CI&T. Prior to this, they held the position of Product and Marketing VP at CI&T from January 2008 to January 2015. In this role, they worked with an incredibly talented team in product design and engineering, exploring cool ideas using Machine Learning. This work helped CI&T to be awarded "The most Googley Cloud Platform Partner of the year." Cyrillo also worked with a team of marketers who transformed the way CI&T tells stories and interacts with prospects and clients.

Before their time at CI&T, Cyrillo was an International Account Executive at CI&T Inc from January 2003 to December 2007. In this role, they integrated the international business team and were in charge of any international opportunities. Prior to this, from January 1999 to December 2002, they were a Project Manager at CI&T, responsible for projects with Natura Cosmetics. They were in charge of many medium sized projects in the J2EE platforms and Microsoft MTS and responsible for the order entry sales channel - the most critical application for Natura.

Cyrillo's career began as an Applied Physics Researcher at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from January 1994 to December 1998.

They are on a team with Marilia Honorio - Employer Brand Manager, Young Pham - Chief Strategy Officer, and Lucas Persona - Chief Digital Evangelist. Mars Cyrillo reports to Cesar Gon, CEO.
