Renata M. has over two decades of experience in the technology and learning sectors, currently serving as the Head of People for North America and the Global Head of Learning & Development at CI&T since December 2002. Renata began as a software developer and progressed through various leadership roles, ultimately becoming Senior Delivery Manager, where the focus was on developing high-performance software teams. Since 2017, Renata has been instrumental in driving corporate learning initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning amidst rapid Digital Transformation. Prior to CI&T, Renata held senior positions at Compera, including Technical Leader and Software Developer. Educationally, Renata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Technician degree in Data Processing, both from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
