Roger Machado is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Tech Lead at CI&T since September 2021, responsible for guiding multi-stack teams, ensuring quality and timely deliveries, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Previous roles include Software Engineer and Tech Lead at ROIT BANK, where Roger managed team dynamics, contributed to strategic technology decisions, and developed backend solutions. With a background as a Front-end Developer at Foursales and Full Stack Developer at AssistantRocks, Roger has expertise in various technologies including AI and cloud services. As the former CEO of Viecube, Roger led an innovative startup in the real estate market. Education includes an MBA in Digital Transformation from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande.
