Young Pham has been in the financial and strategy sector for over 20 years. Young started their career at Washington Mutual as First Vice President of Marketing and E-Commerce. Young was responsible for marketing and product management on of wamu.com. This included the origination and servicing of new accounts as well as the servicing of those products (e.g. Bill pay, online statements, new checking/savings accounts, etc.).
In 2009, they joined Home-Account as VP of Product and Brand. Young helped take the product from concept to launch. Their responsibilities included product development, co-presenter of product launch at DEMO ’09 Conference and Finnovate Conference, participated in VC and investor prospect presentation, and development of marketing collateral, and press releases.
After Home-Account, they moved to Investlab where they were CMO and responsible for product & marketing for the financial services start-up which provides a platform for retail brokerages to access the global investing market.
Young is now Chief Strategy Officer at CI&T.
Young Pham graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Young Pham reports to Cesar Gon, CEO. They work with Bob Wollheim - Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Thelton Mcmillian - Chief Growth Officer, and Mars Cyrillo - VP, Products and Cognitive Systems.
