John Goff is a seasoned product strategy and design professional with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Product Strategy, Research and Design specialist at Citable since October 2022, Goff contributes to an early-stage news platform that utilizes automation and machine learning to tackle media bias. Previously, Goff held leadership roles such as Executive Vice President of Product Design at CPA Global, where a new design culture was established for Intellectual Property Management Software, and as Director of Product Design at BMC Software, where a global team was built to enhance user experiences in IT security applications. Additional experience includes consulting at SapientRazorfish, serving as Creative Director at argodesign, and significant positions at Magento, eBay/PayPal, and eBay, where Goff drove user experience standards and design initiatives. Goff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
