Jack Samuels has extensive experience in engineering and project management, having served as Manager of Hazardous Materials Engineering at ENV America Incorporated from July 2007 to May 2015 and as Project Manager at Earth Tech from February 1990 to July 2007. Currently, Jack holds the position of Associate Principal at Citadel EHS since May 2015. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1989.
