Natasha Stratton is currently the Associate Principal of Industrial Hygiene and Safety at Citadel EHS, where they collaborate with the Principal to develop strategic visions for the department and manage key client partnerships. With over 17 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety, they have held various roles including Senior Industrial Hygienist and Manager of Occupational Safety and Training at Citadel, as well as Regional Safety Manager at Countrywide Land & New Homes. Natasha holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University-Northridge. They are also actively involved in community initiatives, leading the Citadel Community Involvement Committee.
