Adam Eisner has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Adam started their career as an Asset Management Intern at LDR Capital Management in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Equities Sales and Trading Summer Analyst at UBS. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where they directly supported the Vice Chairman in overseeing client relationships.

In 2017, Adam joined Citadel Securities as a Systematic Trader, specializing in US Equities. Adam then took on the role of Senior Systematic Trader, covering EMEA Equities and FICC, before being promoted to Head of ETF Systematic Trading and Platform in August 2021. In this position, they are responsible for leading the systematic trading team and overseeing the development of the ETF trading platform. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated expertise in trading strategies, client relationship management, and asset supervision.

Adam Eisner attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Finance. During their time at Penn State, they also attended the Schreyer Honors College and received a second Bachelor of Science with Honors degree, also in Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Adam obtained the Series 7 - General Securities Representative certification in August 2015, and the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination in the same month. Adam later obtained the Series 57 - Securities Trader certification in July 2017, and the Series 24 - General Securities Principal certification in December 2017. All of these certifications were obtained through FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
