Arjun Mithal has had a diverse work experience. Arjun started working at Citadel Securities in 2019 as a Quantitative Trader. Prior to that, they worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they served as the IFC President from 2017 to 2018 and as the IFC Judicial Committee Chairman from 2016 to 2017. Arjun also worked as a Trading Intern at Citadel Securities in 2018 and as a Quantitative Analyst Intern at Bracebridge Capital, LLC in the same year. In 2017, they were a Quantitative Research Intern at Magnetar Capital. In 2016, they participated in a summer research project at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Integer Programming for Daily Fantasy Sports. Arjun started their professional career as an Intern at Gracie Point in 2014.

Arjun Mithal completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2015, they attended Trinity School, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Mathematics.
