Dane Skillrud

Dane Skillrud has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dane is currently a Board Member at Matriculate since 2023. Previously, they worked at Citadel Securities since 2018, where they held positions including Managing Director // COO, Systematic Equities and FICC and Director, Strategy and Special Projects (Office of the CEO). Before that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Associate. Dane also had a role as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2012. Prior to that, Dane worked at JMI Equity as a Senior Associate, focusing on investing in growth-oriented B2B software and software-enabled professional services companies. Dane also gained experience at The Walt Disney Company as an Analyst in the Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Technology Group. Dane started their career as a Summer Analyst at Eastdil, a real estate investment banking firm.

Dane Skillrud attended Harvard University from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree (AB) in Government. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Statistics/Econometrics and Managerial and Organizational Behavior. In August 2016, Dane obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
