Tom Frederick is a seasoned professional in technology recruiting with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Recruiting for APAC at Citadel Securities since October 2025, Tom has previously held roles including VP Executive Recruiter for Global Technology & Operations at Barclays from January 2022 to October 2025, and Digital Consultant at TEKsystems, where a focus was placed on connecting experienced software engineers with technology-focused companies from January 2016 to December 2021. Tom's career began with a role as Team Leader at Double Impact Marketing from May 2012 to January 2016, and included an earlier position as a PR and Marketing Intern at Nbpr. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ergonomics - Human Factors Design from Loughborough University, completed in 2013.
