Dan Morris is a seasoned finance recruiter and co-founder of Citadel Source, an accountancy and finance recruitment agency located in Bristol, since January 2024. With a commitment to enhancing industry standards, Citadel Source offers consultative interim, permanent, and executive search services in the South West. Prior to this, Dan held several leadership roles at Element Recruitment UK from April 2016 to October 2023, including Director of Executive Search & Senior Interim and Regional Director for Finance & Accountancy. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at Ambridge Harris Associates and Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where the focus was on the development of the Bath and Somerset region for finance professionals. Dan’s career began in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Appco Group and Brand Ambassador at Blackjack Promotions. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
