Brandon Clar currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Trading & Capital Markets at Citadel, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Two Sigma Investments from October 2015 to December 2023. Brandon's legal career began at Winston & Strawn LLP as an associate from September 2007 to February 2011 and continued at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from February 2011 to October 2015, where Brandon advised financial institutions on derivatives and complex financial products, and represented clients in various securities transactions. Brandon obtained a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Binghamton University.
