Don Mason possesses extensive experience in application support and operations management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Front Office Application Support Lead for Equities Technology at Citadel since March 2005, Don leads support for critical tools related to position, P&L, risk, and research for Equities teams. Previous roles at Citadel include Global Head of End User Support, Telco & AV, and Workflow Engineering, as well as Front Office IT Production Support Manager. Prior to Citadel, Don held the position of Vice President of Operations Control in the Equities division at ABN AMRO from August 2001 to March 2005, and worked as an Operations Supervisor in the Margin Department at BNY Mellon | Pershing from June 1998 to August 2001. Education was completed at Saint Peter's University between 1999 and 2003.
