Eric Wambach currently serves as the Global Head of Linear Quantitative Research for Fixed Income at Citadel, a position held since April 2021. Wambach has an extensive background in quantitative research, having previously been a Quantitative Researcher and Senior Quantitative Researcher at Citadel from July 2011 to July 2015, and serving as Head of Linear Relative Value. Before returning to Citadel, Wambach worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Lloyd's of London from June 2009 to July 2011 and held a Visiting Professor position at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay from 2008 to 2009. Wambach began academic pursuits as a Postdoc in Mathematics at California Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2008. Educational credentials include a PhD in Mathematics from Columbia University and an MSc in Mathematics from Michigan State University, complemented by a Vordiplom in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Cologne.
