Grace Lim

Grace Lim currently serves as a PhD Campus Recruiting professional for both Citadel and Citadel Securities, starting in May 2025. Prior to this role, Grace was a Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at MongoDB from March 2023 to April 2025. Grace's career includes significant experience at Stripe as the Head of Talent Research (Sourcing) in Financial Services, where contributions occurred before the company's workforce layoff in November 2022. Grace's tenure at Google from August 2015 to January 2022 involved scaling the diversity team for Google Cloud, achieving significant hiring goals and leading innovative initiatives. Early career experiences included roles at Teach For America and Baltimore City Public Schools, where impactful contributions to education and student achievement were made. Grace holds a Master of Science in Education and a School Administration and Supervision Certificate from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.
