Jake Ma is a Quantitative Research Director with over 15 years of experience in multi-asset quantitative investment research and strategy development. Currently leading Citadel's quantitative research team, Jake focuses on optimizing investment strategies across various asset classes. Previously, Jake held positions at The Baupost Group and Bridgewater Associates, where they developed and evaluated investment strategies. Jake is also pursuing education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Stanford Executive Program.
