James Surless is a finance professional with extensive experience in the fixed income and macro sectors. Currently serving as the Greenwich Team Lead on the COO Team at Citadel since May 2020, James has previously held associate positions at Capstone Investment Advisors and Javelin Capital Markets, LLC. Additionally, James gained valuable experience through internships at TD Ameritrade Institutional in 2011 and 2012. A graduate of the University of Scranton, James earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2013, following education at Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
