Jon Nance

Jon Nance is an experienced process engineer and product leader with a strong background in financial technology and asset management. Currently serving as the Process Engineer Lead for Strategy & Transformation at Citadel since April 2024, Jon previously held multiple positions at Axoni from February 2018 to March 2024, including Senior Director of Product, where responsibilities included leading the development of platforms for trade matching and real-time data sharing. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy Associate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where Jon focused on business transformation initiatives, and as a Data Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., utilizing data analytics to drive strategic decisions. Jon began the career in data analytics as an intern at JPMorgan while holding a tutoring position at Cornell University, where Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Engineering in 2014. Additionally, Jon successfully passed Level II of the CFA Program in 2017.
