Keith Cackowsky is currently the Co-Head of Natural Gas Origination at Citadel Energy Marketing, leading the Municipal Prepayment Program. Previously, from 2004 to 2024, they served as Executive Director in various roles at Morgan Stanley, where they executed significant municipal energy prepayment transactions and originated innovative financing solutions in the energy sector. Keith holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
