Laura Sterner is currently the Head of Business Development, Equities at Citadel. Prior to this role, they served as Point72's Global Head of Capital Development and Investor Relations, managing external capital activities and liaising with investors. Laura began their career at Lehman Brothers, focusing on Hedge Fund Research and Special Investments, and later moved to roles in entrepreneurial ventures and management consulting at Navigant. They hold a BBA in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and were recognized in the 2018 Hedge Fund Journal as one of the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds.
