Matt Weinstein

Matt Weinstein currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Technology at Citadel, where responsibilities include partnering with engineering and business leadership to support technology innovation in areas such as AI, emerging technologies, intellectual property, data, and cyber resilience. Prior to Citadel, Matt Weinstein held various significant roles at Accenture, including Managing Director and Global Legal Lead for Industry X, where leadership was advised on strategic market initiatives and M&A transactions, contributing to substantial business growth. Earlier experience encompasses leadership in Accenture's global patent operations and open source teams, as well as representing clients in intellectual property litigation at Winston & Strawn LLP and Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Matt Weinstein's professional foundation includes a background in technology consulting and network engineering, supported by a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
