Max Winnick

Max Winnick is currently an Incoming Operations Summer Analyst at Citadel, a position held since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Science Intern at PENN Entertainment, Inc., where work focused on the Sports Modeling Data Science team for NCAAFB, and as a Business Strategy Intern at DoorList. Additionally, Max has served as a Student Researcher at Pioneer Academics, conducting a Monte Carlo simulation on negative progression betting systems, and as a Research Assistant in the Rehabilitation Biomechanics Laboratory at the University of Michigan. Max Winnick is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering with a focus on Industrial & Operations Engineering and Data Science at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, along with a Business Minor at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with an expected graduation in 2027.
