Michael Abittan

Michael Abittan is an experienced financial professional specializing in macro and relative value portfolio management with a focus on G10 rates, foreign exchange, main indices, and inflation. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Citadel since July 2020, Michael has previously held senior portfolio management positions at Millennium from November 2017 to January 2020, and Balyasny Asset Management L.P. from January 2016 to January 2017. Michael's career began at Brevan Howard, where a senior role was held from May 2004 to June 2015, initially in London and later in Geneva. Earlier experience includes a bond trader position at Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited, from May 2000 to May 2004, where responsibilities involved managing the euro government bonds desk and establishing the firm's inflation business.
