Michael Huber has extensive experience in the financial legal sector, having held several leadership roles at Goldman Sachs from 2012 to 2021, including Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, where they headed Prime Services & Securities Financing Legal for the Americas. They also served as Managing Director and Senior Counsel, co-leading Equities Legal in the region. Currently, Michael is the Global Head of Transaction Management for Treasury at Citadel, a position they have held since 2025. Additionally, they were an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School from 2010 to 2011 and worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 2000 to 2005.
