Michael Katz serves as the Managing Director and Head of Credit Quantitative Research at Citadel since April 2022. Previously, Michael held the roles of Senior Advisor and Principal at AQR Capital Management from September 2007 to February 2022. Michael earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Harvard University, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and the History of the Middle East from Tel Aviv University, obtained from 1996 to 1998.
