Millicent W. is currently a People Operations Specialist at Citadel since July 2025, leveraging prior experience as a Senior Associate in Consulting at PwC China from October 2022 to July 2025. During time at PwC China, Millicent implemented change management strategies and assessed travel and expense systems to enhance user experience.
