Molissa is an experienced professional currently serving as Office Executive at Citadel since January 2021, where leadership was assumed following the passing of the previous executive, and co-founding a co-investment platform focused on deep tech and early-stage innovation. Prior to this role, Molissa worked as an Executive Assistant at a Private Family Office, coordinating investment due diligence, estate planning, and philanthropy. Molissa's career began at Citadel, where an internship contributed to strategic fund development and emerging markets modeling. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Luxuria Exports, specializing in luxury goods exports, and managing projects in a Private Family Office, focusing on medtech innovation and real estate analysis. Academic credentials include an Executive Education in Management & Operations from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
