Stephen Anderson is a finance professional with extensive experience in compensation and financial control roles. Currently, Stephen serves as a Senior Associate in Financial Control (Deferred Compensation) at Citadel since July 2023. Previously, Stephen was the Compensation Lead for Equity Programs at a Stealth Startup, overseeing firmwide equity programs and enhancing processes related to equity compensation.
