Thomas Hoffman is an experienced portfolio manager currently at Citadel since March 2023, previously serving as an Associate Portfolio Manager. Prior experience includes over a decade at Cargill, where Thomas held various roles including Global Trader for soybeans, managing physical flows and proprietary futures accounts across multiple countries. As Export Soybean Trader, responsibilities included managing a significant cash export soybean book and negotiating in the Brazilian paper market. Thomas also traded veg oils, managed trading for proteins, and worked in soy crush origination. Prior experience includes a directorial role at Extending the LINK and an internship focused on commodity merchandising. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint John's University.
