Tim Juba

Tim Juba is an experienced technology leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Trade Capture Technology at Citadel since August 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from March 2004 to August 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a global team and collaborating with senior business stakeholders to deliver IT solutions for Fixed Income OTC Derivative Trading Technology. Tim's career began with positions as an Application Developer at JPMorgan and Instinet Corporation, following a foundational education in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
