Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen serves as the Head of Quantitative Research Engineering for Fundamental Equities at Citadel since October 2022, focusing on equity quantitative research. Prior to this role, Vincent worked as a Quantitative Strategist at Soros Fund Management from May 2021 to September 2022, where the focus was on quantitative data strategy and front office engineering. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quantitative Developer at McKinsey & Company from May 2017 to April 2021, contributing to the McKinsey Investment Office, and as a Data Analyst at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC from October 2015 to April 2017. Vincent holds dual degrees in Statistics and Quantitative Modeling from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and Baruch College, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same fields from Baruch College. Vincent is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
