Will Moore

Will Moore is a Director of Strategy & Transformation at Citadel, having progressed from a Project Lead in 2026. Previously, Will served as a Summer Associate and Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they contributed to transformational change for clients in the financial services sector. Before this, Will was a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army from 2015 to 2020, earning multiple honors including the National Security Agency Director’s Trophy. Will has also been a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard and interned in the United States Senate. They hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating with distinguished honors.
