William Pan is currently the Equity Business Engineering Lead at Citadel and has extensive experience in quantitative development and software engineering. They previously held various roles at Balyasny Asset Management L.P., including Director of Data Enrichment and Quantitative Developer, from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they interned at J.P. Morgan and Magnitude Capital, LLC, and worked as an Analyst at AQR Capital Management from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on global asset allocation research. William earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, graduating with a 3.98 GPA in 2013.
