Agnese Šterna is the Head of Payments and Accounts at Citadele banka, where they currently lead operations in the Baltics. Previously, they held various roles at AS UniCredit Bank, including Senior Product Development Manager and E-Banking Senior Specialist. Agnese also worked as a Marketing Specialist at BLS Latvia and as a Quality Manager in the International department at Latvijas pasts. They earned a Master's degree in Economics/Statistics from the University of Latvia, completing their studies in 2003.
