Artis Jansons

Artis Jansons has extensive experience in financial services, focusing on strategy and transformation. They began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Balta part of PZU Group and transitioned to an Insurance Broker role at Unibrokker Insurance & Consulting. Artis then advanced through various consulting positions at EY, ultimately serving as Director in Financial Services consulting, where they specialized in target operating model design and cost reduction. Currently, Artis leads the finance team at Citadele banka, overseeing management, regulatory, and public reporting while driving strategic projects aimed at operational excellence. They hold a Professional bachelor's degree in business administration and a Master of Science in Economics from Banku Augstskola and the University of Latvia, respectively.
