Ilze Milenberga is currently the Head of Credit Risk at AS Citadele banka, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, they served as the Head of the Credit Risk Management Department and the Head of the Credit Analysis Department at the same institution. Ilze began their career as a Credit Risk Analyst and later became the Head of the Credit Risk Analysis Department at AS Parex banka in 2008.
