Ilze Silina

Ilze Silina is currently the Employee Support and Growth Lead at Citadele banka, where they have also held roles as HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, they served as the HR Project Manager and HR Specialist at Lattelecom Technology, and worked as an HR Assistant at SIA Lattelecom. Ilze started their career in the legal field at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Latvia and have completed a higher professional education program in Human Resources Management at Rigas Tehniska Universitate.
