Jonas Navakas is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the banking sector, specializing in performance management, financial planning, and strategic leadership. They have held various significant roles, including Head of Group Performance Management at Luminor Group, where they drive the financial planning process and collaborate with executive management to ensure strategic alignment. Previously, Jonas served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Pacific Private Bank, along with various positions at Danske Bank and 3M. They hold a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Salford. Currently, Jonas is the Head of Management Reporting at Citadele banka, focusing on enhancing reporting processes and providing valuable insights for the business.
