Rasa Narė has extensive experience in leadership and digital sales, currently serving as the Head of Baltic Corporate Digital Sale department at Citadele banka, where they drive growth in the SME segment across the Baltics. Previously, they held positions such as Head of Sales Division at Lietuvos draudimas and led multiple teams in various capacities at Citadele banka, focusing on client portfolio expansion and service innovation. Rasa holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Vilnius University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
