Timothée HUBSCHER

Timothée Hubscher is the Director of Planning and Resilience for Territories at CITADIA - Groupe SCET, where they manage nearly one hundred collaborators and lead various national missions, including significant framework agreements. With a background in urban planning, Timothée specializes in territorial strategy and land issues, specifically ZAN, having been consulted by the Senate multiple times. They are also a member of the scientific council of the Revue Urbanisme and are committed to ensuring that territories remain livable and vibrant. Additionally, Timothée has served as a partner at Time for the Planet and held various roles within the CJD Lyon and Aire Publique.
