Deborah Cadenhead has a varied work experience spanning over several years. Deborah is currently working at Forestry England as an Internal Engagement Manager. Prior to this, they held a role as an Internal Engagement at the same company starting in April 2021.

Before their time at Forestry England, Deborah worked at CITB, where they held multiple roles. These included Communications and Engagement Manager, Internal Communications Manager, and Brand Consultant. Deborah joined CITB in November 2013, and their tenure there is ongoing.

Deborah also has extensive experience as the Director of Projects at Fatpipe Ltd, where they were responsible for brand and product identity creation and design, strategic market planning, and promotion of the brand through marketing communications. Deborah worked at Fatpipe Ltd from June 2000 to November 2013.

In their earlier career, Deborah served as the Client Services Director at Metropolis Design Group, overseeing the design, production, and account management teams. Deborah held this role from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Consultancy Officer at Design Council in 1993 and as a Designer at Basten Greenhill Andrews from 1992 to 1993.

Deborah Cadenhead has a diverse education history. In 2016 to 2017, they attended the Chartered Management Institute and obtained a Level 5 degree in Leadership and Management. In 2015, they completed a Level 7 Advanced Award Diploma in Employee Engagement from CIPD. Deborah also pursued a Foundation Course in Art and Design at Middlesex University and obtained a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Graphic Design from the University of Birmingham. In terms of additional certifications, Deborah obtained a Certified Member (CIIC) qualification from the Institute of Internal Communication in March 2022 and achieved a Distinction in the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award Diploma in Employee Engagement.
